After
a break of six years, top Italian restaurateur Carlo Crimmoli has returned
to Birmingham with his renowned and much sought after style of Italian
cuisine. But this time with a twist - an additional strand to his well
known repertoire of excellent food; a new menu offering the best of Asian
food - a fusion of Pakistani and Kashmiri cuisines and a ‘state-of-the-art’
patisserie specialising in the best in birthday and wedding cakes.
Set in the heart of the Balti Triangle in Sparkbrook, Carlo is seeking
to revolutionise peoples' perceptions of the quality of food available
and the standard of service with probably the largest investment both
in staff, premises and equipment that the area has ever seen.
Not only will the new kitchen boast two separate preparation areas for
the Italian and Asian cuisine offers but also a state of the art patisserie
kitchen. These will be staffed by his established and a much-respected
team of top chefs who have spent months developing and refining the new
menus.
At the new restaurant, you will be able to sample his trade mark dishes:
Stone-baked Pizzas, succulent oven baked Cannelloni and Crespolini, and
his new takes on Chicken Tikka (artificial colorant free – gently
suffused natural herbs and spices) and fresh Balti Dishes cooked to order. |
